The first variation we're going to add on to that is kind of a double step. We're going to do it double. Twice instead of once. You're going to go 1, 2, 3, 4. Let me do that again. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. We're going to take a full 8 count to the right and a full 8 count to the left. Again. It goes right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, so it's the double. Again. Let's take it from a basic. You're going to go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Here's the double. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Just to break it down, all you're doing is you're stepping out, dragging that left foot, stepping, and dragging. Stepping, dragging in. On the way back it's the same thing, stepping out and dragging. That is the double step for cumbia. "
