Notice I'm continuing to bend and straighten the knees and I'm continuing to put my hips and sit into it. Equally, if I want to go to the right, it's the same thing. When I'm ready, I'm going to step out on my right. In with the left, out on the right, in with the left. Notice my rhythm did not change at all. Watch. Now I'm going to come back to the left. Left, right, out with left, in with the right, and bring it back to neutral. Let me break that down. I'm actually stepping out. When I step out, notice I'm still bending the foot I'm stepping on creating the sit in the right hip. Step, out, together, step, together, step, together. That's to the left.
