"Okay, so just above our pan knob here we have an Effect One and Effect Two-slash-Tape Queue knob. Now, the Effect One, what that actually does is up here on the back, you have an RCA quarter inch output here. That's for sending. So what it would do is you would take whatever you have recorded, you'd basically be outputting- you'd be leaving the machine going to compressors or whatever kind of rat gear you have - which actually see more in the major studios as opposed to a port-a-studio. But you have a chance to put some effects on to whatever that track is that you have recorded there. So you have a One and you have a Two, so you have an out for each one of those. As far as the Tape Queue with the Effect Two, you have a little indicator switch here whether you want to be using the Effect Two or the Tape Queue. The Tape Queue is very useful as far as keeping your tracks separated when you're recording. It helps limit the bleed where you have a guitar and a vocal track; you want to keep the vocals clean as possible. That's where that comes in to play. So, and that's in that position there, along with this switch here: Effect Two, Tape - you go down for the Tape Queue, and you're ready to go."
