"BRIAN MONTGOMERY: Okay. So we got the levels set. Before we do go through and dump it down the CD player, I'm just going to give it one more play. I've still got all the channels panned to the left and right so this will kinda give you an idea for the actual stereo mix. Can kinda put everything into the middle and now everything will be rolling right to left. So that's something definitely to keep in mind before you send it out to whatever the machine you're using for the mix down. Another thing to, here's stereo mix, you don't have to necessarily have to have everything in the middle say you have a couple of vocal tracks that are duplicates of each other, you can always pan one to the right and one of the other one's to the left. So you've still got, you still got left and right you just got them kinda separated and you can do that with the guitar tracks as well if you do multiple guitar tracks leads and rhythms and percussion and everything else. Again, it's kinda up to you and just kinda play, play around with it and see what you like and you don't like."
