"I am here today to talk to you about trance dance. Okay, along with wearing loose comfortable clothing to dance in, you also want to be barefoot so that you can feel and sense if there is any other dancers around you or for edges in the floor that you need to maybe watch out for. Also, as you can see from our dancers, you use the breath on and off throughout the whole trance dance which typically lasts anywhere from an hour to maybe even an hour and half, so bringing that breath in whenever you need it. The breath alone could actually carry you into a trance state. Darkness alone could actually carry you into a trance state. Music alone can create a sense of trance, so you bring all of these elements together and then you really have just the medicine you need to have your trance dance."
