"Hi! I’m Cambrey Lindsay Baccus with Expert Village and I am here today to talk to you about trance dance. It is by overwhelming the body or the mind or ego if you want to think of it that way that we allow spirit to come up and take control and then guide us, so we overwhelm the body with breath. Breath also is spirit so you think of the word of inspire, inspiration or to breathe in their spirit in that. If you think of the term to die, expire, it is the spirit leaving the body so the breath is very important in the trance dance. So now our elements are we are standing our body erect. We want the spine to be vertical. We have the bandana to bring on the darkness. We have the breath, the 2 quick inhalations and then begin the music. "
