"Hi! I’m Cambrey Lindsay Baccus with Expert Village and I am here today to talk to you about trance dance. We begin what is called the breath of fire and I am going to take the bandana off to demonstrate the breath of fire. The breath of fire is 2 quick short inhalations in through the nostrils up right about here between the eyebrows where the 3rd eye is. So you are going to take 2 quick short inhalations and exhale out the mouth and it goes like this, so you can practice along. This breath you want to continue all the way throughout the dance. "
