"So, let's put those 2 parts together, the 2 runs and the hand gestures. So, here we go. Run, run, heel, heel. Run, run, heel, heel. Run and run, and heel and heel. Run, run, heel, heel. One, two, three, four, five, six. Now, there's one other component to this. After you've finished the heel, there's an over. Ah ha. One and two, and heel and heel, over. One and two, heel and heel, over. One, dee dee da, dee dee da, over. One and two. So make sure that you have all those parts together; the run with the clap, the heel, the heel and the over."
