"Hi. I'd like to do another style of dance in West Africa, just so you can get an idea of the different, different variety that happens in West African dance. The other piece was very fluid, this one is going to be more strong and forceful. Let's take 1 running step. Run, run. OK, so it's a running, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2. Very basic, lifting the feet up behind you, and you're clapping while you're running. Alright. That's the first part of the step. The second part of the step is heel down and heel down. So, there are 2 runs, and heel and heel. Notice that my hand is dropping down toward the heel. It starts near my shoulder, it drops down toward the heel. So, 2 runs, 2 heels. We'll put that together."
