"One of the reasons that we warmed up our necks well in our warm up was that lambaan uses the neck. As the body sinks down, the head is released just slightly. Now, you don't want to throw your head off your neck and cause neck injury, but you do want to relax in the neck. So, if you're doing the feet and the body is here, the head is going back gently and now we're going to add everything together."
