Video Transcript

"In this clip, we're going to add another arm movement to the same foot pattern that we have. Now, we're reaching up and coming down slowly. Up and down. Notice that the movement of the wrist is as though you were shooting a basket into a net. The wrist drops slightly. So it's up, one, two, three. Up, one, two, three. And when you're finished with your hand movement, they're attached to your hip. So it's up, one, two, three, one, two, three, dee, dah, dah, dah, dee, dah, dah, dah, up, one, two, three, up, one, two, three. And you can do both arms together. Up, one, dee, dee, dah, dah. And when you add them to the feet, it's a one, two, three, a one, two, three, a one, two, three."
