"Now we're going to add some simple arm movements to our foot pattern. Let's start by reaching into your heart with your arms and stretching them out to the world. In, two, three. Out, two, three. In, two, three. Out, notice that you're starting with your palms down, the palms turn up and reach out and it's one, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. Now, if we add this arm pattern to our feet, it would be, one, two, three. One, two, three. Da-da-da-ga-da. Dee-da-da-ga-da. Dee-da-da-ga-da. Dee-da-da-ga-da. Dee-da-da-da-da. Notice the little dropping of the body. Down, up, down, up, down, up, down, and you have lots of energy in your arms reaching out into the world."
