"Now we're going to begin learning a couple of steps from a dance called Lamban. Lamban is a dance of celebration and you should perform it with a lot of joy and smile on your face. So let's start with the feet. Lamban is done to a three count. One, two, three. One, two, three. So it's step, step, step, lift. Step, step, step, lift. Step, step, step, up. Up. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. One, two, three. As you do this three count step, you are slowly sinking, lift, sinking, lift. So when you lift the knee, your entire body lifts up a little bit. So, it's one, two, three, up. One, two, three, up. One, two, three, up. One, two, three, up. One, two, three. One, two, three. If you're moving with it, you still keep the same rhythm. One, two, three."
