"In this clip, we're going to show how we warm up our arms. Placing your hands on your shoulders, circle the elbows back and then forward. And now release the arms, circling long, letting the arms flow and reverse. And then cross and lift, cross and lift and we can incorporate our knees as we're doing this one because everything's going to be used. Release, release, release, release, twist, twist, twist, twist, twist, twist and bouncing from the knees again. Rolling up on the balls of the feet and we should just about be ready."
