"In this clip, I'm going to show you how to warm up and prepare your body for African dance. African dance uses your entire body. So let's start by stretching long and coming all the way over and relaxing the neck, bending the knees and rolling up, rolling your shoulders. Again, stretch up, breathe in, exhale and come all the way over, relaxing your neck, bending your knees and rolling up. Also make sure that you use your neck muscles and get them warm and prepared. Moving your head from side to side, forward and back and half circles from one shoulder to the other. Shoulders are important. Circle your shoulders, back and forward and there we are."
