"O.k now let's see the A7 in action and a 1,4,5,7 progression. So as we learned before if we're in the key of D Major, D will be our 1 chord. G Major will be our 4 chord. A7 now will be our 5 chord. Back to D. You recall the 1, D the 4 and the regular 5. Then you have the option of going back to the 4. It doesn't really work so well when you have the 5-7. I mean it does work. You will hear it in popular Rock and Roll songs but this A7 really wants to conclude the song no matter what on a D Major. So try to perfect that progression."
