Video Transcript

"What's up? Blitz, expertvillage.com, going to teach you a little break dancing sets. Alright, here we go. So, on the break dancing set I want to go ahead and teach you all something that I call lyrical break dancing in some type of way. Squat is the first step. Okay, squat is right there, right hand goes right back. Okay. Right hand goes back. Toes go right up towards the ceiling with your heels touching the ground just like that. Okay so once we do this, we go back to the squat. Right hand goes forward, toes going to touch the floor with heels going towards the air. So that's kind of like a better position. Okay? So again, we're going to try that. It?s just left back, boom, squat, boom. Back to the squat, boom. Okay."
