How To Paint a Birdhouse with Acrylic Paint: Part 2

" Hi! This is Brenda. We are working with our acrylic projects today. We are working on a birdhouse and this side we are going to paint a window. What I am going to do first is get some yellow paint and with my small brush I am going to try to just freehand, draw a window right here like this. If you are not real good at drawing straight lines, you can use a ruler, does not have to be perfect. That will be our window. Now I am going to get my green acrylic paint and I am going to begin to paint around the side like this to match the other side of the house that we had painted earlier. So we just keep painting around the window like this. Just be very careful that we do not get it inside our little box like this and we let that dry. Just take our smaller brush and we paint with our yellow acrylic paint like this. Now if it does not look like it is thick enough, you can come back later and put on another coat if you would like. It doesn’t take too long for this to dry that is why I enjoy working with acrylic paints because it doesn’t take too long to dry. "
