"So we're working on the second fretting of Charlie Christians Grand Slam solo, and the second phrase goes like this. (playing guitar) Now the first lick of the phrase begins on the first fret of the G string and instead of playing a major third in the solo like we had in the first phrase, now we're playing a minor third cause of the harmony is moved to the dominant fourth chord. So the solo kind of outlines that chord and it goes like this from the first part of the G string (playing) one more time (playing)."
