"Now that you've learned the mechanics of the hip twist, we're going to drill it and do it at different tempos. Make sure your feet are slightly apart, keep those knees soft so you don't torque your knees. Pull your belly button in to your spine, lift your chest and relax your shoulders. Bringing the hips forward, alternating them, pretend you are a washing machine. Don't let those shoulders move, have a nice smile on your face. So let's get a count, one, two, three, four. A little faster, one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. A little faster. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Make sure your belly button is still engaged. And let's slow it back down again. One, two, three, four. One, two, and then a little faster again. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Practice these in the mirror make sure your upper body is not moving. And make it look real pretty and fun."
