"Let's drill some of our head isolations. So first, feet facing straight ahead, bellybutton pulled in, chest lifted and shoulders pulling down, very important. We're going to bring our arms up over our head, into our Turkish arms, and we're going to slide, side to side. Start with the slide. Good. Relax your face. Keep the shoulders down. Keep the rest of the body isolated. Don't let everything else move all at the same time. Slide, slide. Double time. And one, two, three, four, five, six. Now, let's circle. And forward and back. Forward and back. Side-to-side. And one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And forward and back. And forward and back. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And forward and back. Forward and back. Keep it going. One, two, three, four. Watch yourself in the mirror to make sure that you have a nice clean isolation. It's not going to look as nice, if you're kind of slopping all around. Okay. Keep it nice and clean. Forward and back. Forward and back. One more time, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And forward and back. And forward and back. Good."
