"Now that you've learned the mechanics of the down lock or the Sohair Zaki hips, we're going to drill it. Now remember with this movement it's going to go side to side and pull straight up into your rib cage. So let's start with one hip for a moment, and pull it up and drop it down; up down, up down; up down, up other side. Up down, up down; up down, up down. Now we're going to alternate the hips right left, right left and really shift your weight so your foot comes slightly off the ground; keep those legs nice and soft and straight, make sure your belly buttons pulled into your spine. Let's speed it up a little 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. So make sure that hip kind of comes out from your body, so that leaves that center so that you're really creating some nice space with your hip; claiming your stage with your hips. This can be used either standing or traveling. Check some of our other clips see those. Make sure you practice this in the mirror. Make sure your bodies in the right position."
