"Turkish arms is a great way to frame your upper body. And we're going to begin by bringing are palms up over our head. And make sure the palms are right in line with each other, the shoulders need to be down and the elbows back slightly. Now the position of your hands can either be right over your head or a little bit longer; depending on what kind of movement that you're doing. Let's take a moment to check your posture, that your feet are slightly apart; your knees are soft, your belly button's pulled into your spine and keep that chest lifted; and keep those shoulders nice and down. Now this is a nice movement to use for framing head movements or even angulations that go down the body. You also want to make sure that the hands stay still. It's not so much what you're moving but what you're not moving that makes the stance look so nice. Because that gives you the precision look that you want. So make sure that those elbows stay back and be sure to practice this in the mirror. And you want to also be able to come into this position without having to, want the hands to come right together; like that. So let's just pull everything in and you can move your head. Practice that in the mirror a few times."
