"We're going to learn how to do an arm undulation. This is very much like a snake arm movement, but it's very small, so that the arm looks like it's rippling. So we want to keep our arms up, about level with the shoulders. And let's start with one arm, because that's a little easier to do. So we're going to let our wrist and elbow lead the arm up and down. We're going to keep our shoulders still, so that all the movement is just going from the upper arm down to the fingertips. And then we're going to take it and move it out to the side of the body. So this is going to be a traveling arm undulation. Let's try it with the other side. So the wrist is going to come down and the elbow, as the wrist comes down, the elbow is going to come out. And that's going to come back in again. So they're going to move a little bit opposite of each other. And then we can bring it out to the side. Let's try them together."
