"We're going to work on a variation of the snake arm. There's many different ways to do it. We're going to start with bringing the hands from the front and bringing it out to the sides. So, the snake arm is going to travel across the front of your body and go out to the side. Let's make sure our feet are parallel and our knees are soft, our belly button is pulled in nice and tight toward our spine, our chest is lifted, shoulders are relaxed and down. So, let's bring our arms in front of us. And, this is going to combine the painting the wall move if you want to check out that clip. So, we're going to engage the whole arm and the wrist. And, the shoulders are going to remain still with this snake arm. And, we're going to slowly move it to forty-five degree angle. Keeping the movement nice and fluid. And, then just going to travel out to the side. So, that's what it's going to look like. So, let's try it with one arm first so it's not so confusing.
