"This arm movement we like to call the "fountain". You want to make sure you have a nice, steady base to begin from. So make sure your feet are facing straight ahead, your knees are bent, belly button is pulled in, chest is lifted, shoulders are back and down. The arms are going to come up, elbows first. And you want to keep your shoulder blades down. As you bring your arms up, make sure you don't lose your tuck. All right. So coming up, all the way over your head. Keep your shoulder blades down. And then, we're going to push out and sprinkle down around the edges. Good. So now as we come up, a couple things to remember. You want to move slowly. Okay? You don't want to be doing this move very fast. It's not very attractive. So take your time. Up and push out and around. When you're doing arm movements solely for the sake of the arm movements and not just as a frame from your body, you can also watch what your hands are doing. That will guide your viewer's eye. Up and then pick a hand and watch it as it comes down, and then back to center. Again, come up, two, three, four, and out, six, seven, eight. Up, two, three, four, and out. You can also layer this with other moves. Up, two, three, four. Out, six, seven, eight. Up, two, three, four, and out, six, seven, eight."
