"This arm position moves from one place to another, so I wouldn't use it with a lot of really busy body movements. But, the arms we call it Tee shirt arms and it's because you're lifting up like you're taking off your tee-shirt. It's a great move to use. If we cross our hands; then you want to pull up with the elbows first. So, you don't want to lead with the wrists and you don't want to just let the arms drop, you want to have energy in the fingers. It's like you're lifting up and then coming up over the head, bring the elbows in and up and then bring them back down nice and slow. Good. As you come up keep your shoulders down, don't let your shoulders hunch up. It's not a very tight tee-shirt that you're taking off. It's coming off nice and easy. Lift up, elbows, and wrists and lift. Good. Now, as you do this make sure you don't arch your back. So, keep your knees bent, belly button pulled in, chest lifted, shoulders back and down. Then as your arms come up you're keeping that space away from the body so it's not in real tight. So, coming up here, up overhead, keep your belly button pulled in and then down nice and slow. Very Nice."
