Beautiful arms are a very important part of belly dancing. Now having said that you don't want to make your arms too busy and too distracting from what your body is doing. So a very nice movement to add to your repertoire is an arm undulation. And this move is similar to a snake arm, but a little bit smaller. We're going to have the hand palm facing down and we're going to lift from the elbows. Elbow's going to lift and just in the snake arm, elbow drops and then the wrist drops. Elbow lifts, the wrist lifts, elbow drops, wrist drops. Now the thing here is that our hand is not going to move in space. It's like your fingers are touching the wall; one spot on the wall and they don't move and down. So, it's elbow up, wrist up, elbow down, wrist down. You can actually try this against the wall and try to keep your fingers in place. Other arm; and elbow, wrist drop. Elbow, wrist. Palm faces down the whole time; wrist, elbow, wrist, elbow, wrist, elbow, wrist. You can do them both together; elbow, wrist, elbow, wrist or opposite; elbow, wrist, elbow, wrist.
