On behalf of Expert Village, I am Benjamin Ford Asriel. Um, I'm with Dance Lab NYC here at Stepping Out Studios, and today we'll be talking about post-modern dance. So one of the things that's most important for me, and what makes dancing clean and interesting, is a really clear deviation of where a person's weight is. If it's on your foot, if it's on your hand, if it's on your pelvis, so we're just going to so the same phrase, actually, and be really clear for everybody in where my weight is. So, it's on my right foot, it's on my left knee. I am moving my head through - it's on the front of my pelvis. It's on the back of my pelvis - hands - and now it's on all-fours. Now it's on my left foot - right knee - left foot - hands - left foot - right knee - hands. Pelvis - hands - left foot - right foot - left foot. And, then it flows a lot easier once you know where your weight is.
