"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Benjamin Ford Asriel and I'm with Dance Lab NYC here at stepping out studios and today we'll be talking about post modern dance. So now let's put all of, some of these ideas into a phrase. So you're going to put your weight on your right foot, stint to your left hand, bend your left knee, put your weight on your left knee, move your hands to the floor, and sphere your feet around. Place your hands down, roll over your knees, place your left foot on the ground, push your weight onto your right knee. Then you're going to step forward with your hands, shift the shape, come back to the top of your right knee, throw your feet, roll over, twist, let your head come up last. Do it all on, then you slide. That's it."
