"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Benjamin Ford Asriel I am with dance lab NYC here at Stepping Out Studios. And today we will be talking about Post Modern Dance. So another simple idea that is useful and is central to climbaler technique which you could will find more about other places, is that your are just letting your head hang. So if you are standing over your feet just let your head fall off your neck, then we are going to try to release the spine as you roll down two fold. So this is a simple stretch fairly and there is actually a lot going on in this position, your pelvis is still over your feet just like you are standing but your allowing you head and your spine to link that so you are halfway inverted and half way upright. You are also connected to the floor with your hands, just bring it up, use a shoulder support if I want to bring weight to my hands. Just a lining your body upside. So the most important thing in this position, I think is to really round as if you?re standing to press the floor way with your feet, while allowing your head to be totally relaxed."
