"This is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village in this clip I'm going to show you how to turn one of your recordings into an apple loop and add it to the library. I'm going to choose my bass guitar the one we did edits to, we'll solo that now just click this one part, make sure it's selected, go into edit, add to loop library. Now in this window you can name it you can mark it as a loop or just a one shot you can mark what key it's in, you can put it under different instrument descriptions, say keyboard or guitars. Now this is a base so we'll choose bass electric bass and you can also set the mood, just like down here you have your mood in your bass guitar and stuff like that. It makes it easier to find your loops so we can set this to dark and intense, we hit create and now inside our loops you can see here it is bass 7, is the loop that we just created. (playing) Again you can just drag this onto your time line and bring the base in and that's how you add your audio recordings to the audio library, I'm Bill Macpherson for Expert Village."
