"Hi this is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village continue on now we intonated all the strings and what I like to show you now is the bridge here. We have a stagic affect that happen here below E string is the furthest one back and then they gradually go up D comes back a little, gradually go back up again. It's usually a standard set up once you intonated a guitar certain guitars will be different of course but this is a good way to check to see if your guitar is lease a little intonated anyways. If you see them all straight or all different wacky length you know your intonation if probably out. Now when your intonating your guitar and your removing your saddle back and fourth, let's say your string was a little sharp at the 12 fret, meaning you have to move your saddle backwards, but you moved it all the way back and it's still not in tune with your open string. That would mean that your string is wrong length and your bridge is probably in the wrong position and you may want to take it into a shop and either move it forward or back."
