"This is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village okay in this clip I'm going to show you how to draw in automation by hand now on our guitar track we're going to use the pan this time and all you have to do is click at any point in the timeline. And it will draw in your automation now you can move and drag these anywhere you want by just clicking and dragging, and you can also multiple select points holding down your shift key and dragging them all together. Or you can hold down your option key and copy them now you can also use your pencil tool and just draw in freely, and if you wanted to remove some elements you can just click on them and they'll disappear. And again now to hear them just make sure it's on read and play it back and the automation will play (playing) this is Bill Macpherson for Expert Village."
