"So now you have done complete reel remember to practice it everyday 3s in a circle 7s right in left and point toe right and left. After the Irish dance you always remember to stretch out cause you don't want any sore muscles in the morning. So we do the same stretches as we had earlier just pull on your muscles and you should do these probably about 5-10 minutes after Irish dancing. You don't want any springs. Now you can get changed and relax."
