"The end step is now which comes after the 3s and 7s, the end 7s various in every teachers in Irish dance form. For our end step we'll be doing the point and toe which was my end step when I first began Irish dancing. The very first move is the hot point you'll be hopping on the back leg and pointing with your right foot. So it's 1 that's the point, point the next move is a hop on your left foot and you will lift your right leg behind and that's the toe. Hop toe touch your toe on the ground not hard so that together is point hop toe, again point hop toe. After the toe you'll be doing another hop on the back foot and 1 2 3 like you did another round so it's point hop toe hop 1 2 3. Again point hop toe and1 2 3 now the left foot becomes immediately after the right foot just bring it forward hop point and toe and 1 2 3. Right foot point and toe and 1 2 3 left point and toe and 1 2 3, now in this step there are only two point hop toes. One on the right foot and one on the left foot and then you would do a short 7s across and straight back 2 3 4 5 6 7. There are not back 2 3s in this step so I'm going to do the whole step slow. Hop point hop toe and 1 2 3, hop point hop toe and 1 2 3, hop 2 3 4 5 6 7 and back back 2 3 4 5 6 7. That is the hop point hop step. Now you are ready for the left foot of point hop toe so it's exactly the same as the right foot only reverse everything. You will begin with your left point of toe right point of toe 7s to the left and 7s back again. So let's try it slow point hop toe and left 2 3, point hop toe and right 2 3, hop 2 3 4 5 6 7 back 2 3 4 5 6 7, that's it. Now we'll try both feet together so begin with your right foot point hop toe, left point hop toe right 2 3 4 5 6 7 back 2 3 4 5 6 7 and then the same but reverse to the left foot. Ready let's go, right and toe and 1 2 3, left and toe and 1 2 3, up 2 3 4 5 6 7 back 2 3 4 5 6 7, point hop toe hop 1 2 3 point hop toe hop 1 2 3 left 2 3 4 5 6 7 back 2 3 4 5 6 7 and that's the end step."
