"AMANDA CLAIRE: But of course, you know, I probably couldn't have played a lot more than that without needing to change direction on the bellows, right. So, I could go--let's try that again. Now I'm kind of at the end, right. So that means, at some point, I need to change direction, then, start squeezing the other way. Okay so, a really good place is to do that, or in your mind, when you're thinking about the song or at the end of phrases, right, so maybe every four beats, or every eight beats, whatever kind of works for the song. So if I was really going to play that, I might maybe have a rhythm sort of like this. You know, I'm kind of pacing it with the kind of the beat of the song, and so, that's kind of basic idea, pushing and pulling the bellows. You want to kind a do it rhythmically rather than erratically, and try and get as many notes as you can out of every movement of the bellows, out of every pull or every squeeze."
