"ATHENA REICH: In this segment, I'm going to talk about what to wear to a Broadway audition. This is my favorite Broadway audition dress. It really stands out. I feel that it's flattering and especially if I'm playing a role that's sweet, a lover, or if it's a traditional musical theater show, I feel that I really stand out. I feel confident. I feel attractive in this outfit. But that's if it's a kind of sweet, lover or dazzling kind of attractive character. Sometimes, I audition for a Broadway show and it's a punk rock musical or a rock opera. I definitely cannot wear something like this to that. I have a--I might wear this kind of ripped jeans skirt, really sexy with tights. I might wear this big punk boots, a tight black top. So, this would be my kind of punk rock, sassy, urban, musical theater Broadway audition outfit. A lot of times, I have to look more corporate, more normal midwestern. So, I like to wear--this is my little dress, it's still sexy but it's subtle. It's a dark green shimmer and I'll wear this with high heels and a black top. I definitely recommend high heels. It helps with your line. It helps you stand out. Looks are important in a Broadway audition."
