In this clip about performance art I'm going to talk the importance of being part of a community. Burning Man is this amazing festival that happens every year of performance artists; burningman.com. You can go there and you can create performance art. And you suddenly have a work shop and you have people who will go and who will watch, and people who are doing the things that you are doing. And if Burning Man isn't your thing, there's tons of communities. Go and be an artist. Go out. Go to the clubs where the artists hang out at. Go find artists and be an artist and get feed back. It will feed you. It will inspire you. It will give you permission to let your freak show. Burning Man is this amazing festival where people go and they create spontaneous performance arts. I mean they will build towers and they will breathe fire. I mean they will build cars and its like this incredible thing that people do all about performance are. burningman.com. And even in your local town, in every town, in every city there are performance artists. Find them. Befriend them. Collaborate, communicate and you will become a better artist for it.
