"In this clip, all about performance art, I'm going to talk about the issue of to rehearse or not to rehearse. Should we rehearse, or should we just wing it? Well, if you're wearing high heels and walking down a ladder, my friends, you need to rehearse your performance art piece because you could fall off. Now look, a lot of performance artists, they just wing it. This is not like straight theater where it's really serious and you have like, rehearsals for months on end, or even weeks before a show. I mean, performance artist just kind of random throw them together sometimes by nature. But, it's also often very tech heavy, what with all the senses, and the visual, and the lights, and the, you know, I mean, so rehearse it even if just for the tech, you know, aspect. Walking down a ladder in high heels can be a little bit difficult, I mean, so I would say of course, rehearse, rehearse, rehearse. But hey, there's a long tradition of outrageous, amazing, brilliant performance art that was never rehearsed. This is a field, this is a discipline of art that is very free, very open, very wild. That's a personal question, to rehearse or not to rehearse. I'll leave it to you, but be careful if you have to walk down a ladder in high heels."
