"Hi, I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you some power moves. This is called the back spin and here is how it works. We are going to be doing some up rocking, transitions getting into the floor and as we going to be bouncing around gaining some momentum circling around we will be preparing for what is called a back spin. The way it works we pull our right leg around us and then kick upwards which will create a counter momentum. It'll put our body into a really interesting spin. From there we can keep spinning for as long as we want and fall into a pose. Which is going to be the last bit we talk about? Our, we can kick out of it and land on our feet and continue up rocking going into some new move. This is a pretty versatile power move. So, here's how it goes. So, there we have a basic back spin."
