"Hi, I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village. Today we are working on some break dance moves. The first thing I want to show you is how to do some floor maneuvers. So, we have been doing our up rock or top rocking and we get into the transition and were down on the ground and now we are down here. What we can do once we are down on the ground is some what of a crab crawl as we are going to be just moving our feet around our hands throwing ourselves threw like so and setting ourselves up for some bigger power moves. Certainly, there is art form to the floor moves as well. Most people will typically as they are dancing; go into a circle that will be generating some momentum in a certain way. However, like I mentioned earlier if your going to be doing something more artistically challenging bring it around stopping, flipping around and doing stuff like this can allow you to create some counter motion and some more interesting floor work. Before you do any floor work I would definitely recommend stretching out your wrist and stretching out your arms making sure you?re nice and loose because this is certainly where a good amount of injuries may come. And, that is how to do some good floor moves while your break dancing."
