"Hi, I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village. Today I'm showing you how to break dance. One of the key things we need to learn in order to break dance is how to get onto the floor and do some floor maneuvers. If we starting up and an up rock or top rock state were we are dancing like so we can't just jump straight onto the ground and start doing floor moves. So, what we are going to be doing now are some transitions. There are a lot of different transitions and like the top rocking or up rock moves they really are a form of art. Every dancer has the ability to try to event their own. However, some basics transitions that gets you from up to down look something like this. So if we are up rocking this something we can do is to jive step, swing it down below and start doing some floor moves. So, once again as that looks, for just dancing throwing our foot forward, throwing backwards and as we come back sit down on the ground and then we are ready start doing some floor moves. That is the basic introduction to transitions from up to down in break dancing."
