"Hi, I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village. Today I'm showing you how to break dance. One of the most important parts of break dancing is being able to practice in a functional space. The floor is very important to break dancing. If your not practice on the right substance or materials you certainly will hinder your ability to learn and prevent a lot of tricks if your not practicing on the right stuff. So, here today we are practicing on like a hard plastic and certainly is slick so it will allow us to slide around. Ideally, there wouldn't be as many cracks as there are right now but there pretty tide together so I don't it will make to big of a difference. Some rock shops different flooring companies have different substances such as linoleum and wood. These are definitely the best substances to ideally break dance on. In the beginning days of break dancing people would tape down card board boxes to the cement outside. In certainly that is hardcore of going at it. However, if you have no other means certainly that is a approach that can work. In that is the kind of stuff you want to work with when your learning to break dance."
