"Hi I'm Austin McBride with Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to break dance. One of the things you need to do to get ready for break dancing is to stretch. We are going to stretch our lower body and I am going to show you some of the stretches that can get some key muscles loosened up for our break dancing tricks or maneuvers or dancing. So, first thing I would like to do is jump on the ground, get ourselves nice and loose in the hips or groin area, get everything, get the blood flowing down in that area. So here were are, these are all stretches I am sure everyone has seen and done before, however, it is certainly essential in our break dancing today. So we are reaching for the toes, and it is good when you are stretching to be uncomfortable; if it feels comfortable it means you aren't actually stretching, so make sure you push it as far as you can and you will be perhaps hurting a little bit now but it will save you from hurting a lot later. And that is how you prepare for some break dancing."
