ANGELA FRACASSO: Hi, this is Angela from ExpertVillage.com. And in the last segment, we've talked about doing the shadows, and I'm just going to talk a little bit about how I mixed the paint with the shadows. I'm going to usually have my base color that I have on here. This is just a Liquidex yellow so it's a heavy-bodied paint. I like to use heavy-bodied paint in my smaller areas, and it helps to kinda just keep its hold on the plate. And then I just put a darker brown on there, like a really dark brown. You can use like a burnt sienna or whatever, and I just put a little bit of brown here and then I kinda have my medium in here. So I mix it over here so I have kinda my medium shadow and then I have my darker shadow on this end. And as I'm painting, I usually don't change my brush for the color. I just kinda wipe it on my plate and then I go through it. So it doesn't need to be a completely cleaned brush every time you do a shadow or a highlight. I also have a white on the same plate. So you just take your shadow and just paint it onto the vehicle here. It's actually pretty simple.
