Hi! I'm back again. Some of the supplies that you're going to need, or at least that I use. I use all kinds of things. I'm basically a pack rat, but I'm an organized pack rat. I'll keep magazines, I'll tear out pictures from magazines. If I'm trying to lose weight, maybe I'll pick out someone who has a body that I want. I'll use stamps, old stamps, candy wrappers. I bought some chocolate the other day and the chocolate was wrapped in this wonderful candy wrapper and it says, "Being a woman is a terribly difficult task since it consists principally in dealing with men." You just never know with all kinds of things that I'll just pick up. Let's see. Also, a friend of mine a couple of days ago gave me a whole box of self-help cards. One of them says, "Focus. I am able to concentrate and am attentive to the task at hand." Just little things like this I can cut this out or I can just paste it on. I can just collage it onto my thing. I feel that visual images for me work for me for the most part. They're more important than sometimes reading.
