"Hey there! My name is Aaron Moon and I am here today on behalf of expertvillage.com. Now what you are going to do, right up here at the top, put this string right through there and you are going to pull that through. You can give it a little slack down here. It doesn’t have to be directly up there. Actually it’s probably not the best idea to have it directly up there, so give it a little room. This is just a shoelace. You can take some string that’s maybe a little shorter or maybe a little thinner. You can tie it like a shoe and you can tie it in a tighter knot. The only really important aspect of this is making sure that its secure and that it’s not going to fall off while you play. So tighten that and I have both ends on and you put it over (depending on if you are right or left handed) put it over a different shoulder but it is going over my left shoulder. You can stand up and there you go. So it is comfortable. It’s still close to the body like it is when you are sitting down and as far as tightening and loosening the strap, that is going have it sit lower on your stomach or higher. This is something that is really up to the person playing. You know I think to have it kind of somewhere in between is a good idea. It makes for comfortable play and if you have it too high up by the neck; some people like that for the aesthetic of it and it is comfortable for some people. So play around with the strap, tighten it and loosen it until you get to a spot where you feel comfortable. So that is how to string up a strap if you don’t have a strap peg. That is the difference between playing sitting down and playing standing. Thanks for joining me and I will see you soon."
