"Hi! This is Adam Anderson on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to talk to you about your tuner on your pedal board. It is very important to tune your guitar as accurately as possible because that is what will separate you from the amateur guitar players who can barely play. I would recommend using a tuner pedal on your pedal board because you can turn your guitar on the fly electronically which is very accurate in between songs or before your performance. What I have here are 2 different tuner pedals made by 2 different manufacturer's that work just as well as each other with 2 different price ranges. Generally you will want to have your tuner pedal either before the game based affects or after the game based affects before it goes into your modulation or time based affects. What I prefer to do is have it right after my noise suppressor pedal because I can cut the signal off for silent tuning. Now this one tuner pedal right here, you can actually step on it and it mutes your signal for silent tuning as well but the other pedal right here doesn't offer that option. But like I said if you use this right after your noise suppressor pedal or your noise gait pedal, you can mute the signal so your crowd, your large audience won't hear it while you are tuning in between songs.
