"Now we are going to take the rim and some paper towel and again, we are going to clean all the lugs getting all that grease off of there and see how much black comes of just one lug. Go all the way around getting each one. Now we are going to take our petroleum jelly and again with the bottom head rim I will show you the easy way or the quick way or the right way to do it. This is the quick way if you really don't have too much time or don't want to get your hands dirty, you can just dip each one in there just getting a little bit on the end of each one. You really don't want too many large gobs because it will start to ooze out of the socket later on. Now that is the easy way, kind of dipping each one. The more effective way is to get a little bit on your finger and kind of work it all the way around the lug getting it just far enough down where it is going to go into the drum head. You are going to want to go around and get each lug pretty much the same way. "
